It is a young, easy and elegant wine, designed to be versatile in any pairing.

Made with the variety par excellence of Bages, the black picapoll.

Harvested and selected by hand, cold pre-fermentation maceration for two days, vinification of the varieties separately and subsequent coupage in the tank.

Visually a low intensity with violaceous tones. On the nose an intense sweetener aroma with memories of red fruits such as strawberries or blackberries that remind us of the forests of Avignon that run through our vineyards. In the mouth a long and persistent taste with the presence of an elegant tannin feeling.
