Opositor Noir

It is an easy and elegant wine, designed to be versatile in any pairing. Made with an appreciated native Bages variety, the black picapoll.

Harvested and selected by hand, cold pre-fermentation maceration and subsequent aging in stone buckets.

Visually a low intensity with violet tones. On the nose an intense aroma with hints of red fruits such as strawberries or blackberries that recall the Avinyó forests that run through our vineyards. On the palate a long and persistent taste with the presence of an elegant tannic sensation.
