Hand grape harvesting and selection, pre-fermentative cold maceration for two days, vinification of each variety separately and subsequent blending.
Ruby red colour with violet hues and very powerful aromas of wild fruit such as strawberry, blueberry or blackberry, along with some spicy notes. It might recall autumn and winter aromas of the Avinyó forests that surround the cellar.
On the palate it is persistent, with fine acidity and well integrated and smooth tannin.
