100% Chardonnay white wine. Harvested and selected by hand and direct pressing. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and finishes the fermentation in 225 and 300 liter French oak barrels. It is aged in the same barrel for about 8 months, applying the “battonage” technique, which consists of keeping thelees moving to add complexity and structure to the wine.

The visual aspect indicates a lively and intense wine, with straw yellow tones and greenish nuances. On the nose the personality of the variety predominates with tropical notes and citrus nuances. We also find vanilla and toasted aromas due to its aging in the barrel. On the palate it is fresh, unctuous and complex with a long and persistent finish
