After a few days of holidays, we are opening again to get ready for the grape harvest!
The first thing we did was a grape ripening control of our Chardonnay, the grape variety with which our Instant de Flor white wine is made of. It is always the first type of grape we harvest, although we might be one of the last ones to do so in Pla de Bages region. As we are in a cooler area we still need to wait for a few more days for Chardonnay to ripen properly…
On the other hand, the red grape varieties as Merlot and Syrah are just finishing the veraison, so we won’t pick them till October, we will let you know.
Thus if you come to visit us soon, you will still be able to see all the grapes hanging from the vines, which is one of the best moments of the year. We have a visit scheduled for Saturday 14th of September at 11.30h and we still have some places available.
