Opositor Blanc

White wine made with a red variety native of the area: the black picapoll. Hand grape harvesting and selection, direct pressing to avoid contact with the skins in order to obtain a white must despite being a black variety (blanc de noirs). A fermentation of 10 days controlling the temperature allows to retain the expression and the aromas of the variety.

Pale yellow colour with greenish hues. The aroma is dominated by white fruit with tropical nuances. In the mouth, citric and vertical acidity appears with a pleasant and elegant mid palate. It might recall the Riesling variety. It has a long and persistent finish.
