Hand grape harvesting and selection. Fermentation of garnacha grapes separately from sumoll coming from old vineyards. 20% whole grapes (with stems) add earthy and spicy aromas to the whole.

It is a young wine, but with character, where native varieties display their potential. Red plum colour with violet hints and intense red fresh fruit and floral aromas.
It has a good texture on the palate, with a present but integrated tannin. The subtle sweetness on the palate makes it ideal for all kinds of consumers
