It is part of the origins of les Acàcies together with Avinius merlot-syrah. It is the first vineyard that was planted and the one that started the project. Itis located in the lower part of the farm and very close to the Relat river, which means higher humidity and more vigor that we control by leaving a permanent plant cover.
Harvested and selected by hand. It is macerated in cold for 2 days and later fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation is over, it goes into French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation will take place and where it will rest for 12 months.
Regarding the visual aspect, the cherry red color predominates with violet hues. We can find balsamic aromas and red fruits. Its passage in the mouth is friendly and consistent that is balanced with a good acidity. It has a long, sweet and persistent finish
